Repeating events

    I think the repeat isn’t working correctly.

    The classes repeat every day, no matter what Repeat option is chosen (eg Weekly, monthly)

    This is with the period set to Monthly (as in the out-of-the-box installation)

    Just as a side note, I do not understand what the Repeat Amount option is for. If you set the Repeat to weekly, I would assume this would be the event would repeat on a weekly basis, on the same day and time until the End Date was reached.
    I don’t see what the option Repeat Amount would do to this.

    there is no any issue with class repeat.
    Repeat Amount option is for how many times you want to repeat class.
    yes there is small issue with repeat amount its takes one extra amount in repeating class example if you want repeat class 2 time in weeks then you give repeat amount 3 .
    we will fix it in next update

    It would appear I’ve missed the point of the setup as by randomly changing things I have worked it out.

    I thought the Start Date and End Date are the overall time period in which classes were available. ACtually they are the lenth in days of single class (or perhaps course would be a better way of putting it).
    So for example you might have a course running from Monday to Friday.

    So for a class that just takes place on one evening a week, you set the Start Date and End Date to be the same date.
    Then you use the Repeat Type = weekly and Repeat Amount = number of weeks you are running the course.

    Is that how it’s meant to work?

    yes this is right format create classes with repeating multiple days and repeated type .
