W3 Total Cache won't allow cookiechoices.js to work properly

Hello,
I want to use Google’s cookiechoices.js to let my users know in a status bar that my site uses cookies. They then can agree or close the bar and it won’t show for 12 months.
This works fine as long as I have the W3 Cache plugin deactivated.
But no matter how often I close the bar when the plugin is active, the bar shows up again and again.Is there anything I can do about it?
