"Continue Shopping" Button on Cart Page

My cart page does not display a continue shopping button. When I Google this issue, it seems that about half the items mention that Woocommerce doesn’t include a Continue Shopping option. The other half talk about how to modify the button that already exists!
My cart page does not include one. (I have enabled the “Redirect to cart page” option.)
Can you please clarify if I should have this button and maybe it’s a theme issue or is there not supposed to be one.
