Page to show some time in some weekday

I need a plugin that show some page from 9 to 10am and 1:30 to 3:30pm on every weekday except on thursday.
Did this plugin make that? If yes, how I configure it. If no, Do you know what plugin do that?https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/widget-visibility-time-scheduler/
