Multiple Widget for different Categories?

    Hello.

    I have 2 pages showing articles each for one specific categorie.
    Lets say Page A shows only recepts for cooks, Page B some code snipplets for programmers.
    Over a user definied field “cat_name”, quering this in the page and when setting the category right in each article, only the “correct” articels are shown on each page. So fine so good.

    I placed your widget two times in the widget area, one set to category A and restricted not to show up on other pages than on Page A, and one set to category B and restricted accordingly.

    Funny effect is, that both (!) widgets come up on Page A and B.

    Don’t know where my error is…..

    I found the error – between my ears.

    I had to restrict the single widgets on the category, not the pagename they should come up, as pages with posts are no longer “normal” pages.

    I close this ticket.
