Email issue

I thought I had thorough-fully tested the plugin.
I t seems I’m facing an email issue.While testing, I invoiced myself as client company and I was getting the email from “my name <[email protected]>“
Now I’m starting to email real clients, I ticked the BCC box to get a copy of the mail sent, and I see the mail comes from “WordPress <[email protected]>“I read in another thread you made the SMTP King Pro plugin, but it seems this plugin isnt updated anymore and isnt compatible with my WP version.
I’m about to upgrade my WP from the current 3.9.3 version to the latest one, would that solved the problem or is the sendmail function of WP still being used while sending mail via IKP?
In a worse case scenario, I could view the PDF, save it and then mail it the “classical way” but then the plugin uses lots of its interest as I’m mainly using it to invoice when on the move form my ipad…Thanks for the answers I’ll get!
