Woocommerce status 'On Hold'

  • What does this status mean? I don’t have cash on collection selected and my Paypal email address is the same as the receiver address.

    Version 2.3.7

    All my orders seem to be On Hold however when I checked an order mysekf and paid, in changed order to Completed.
