SKU not showing up on packing slip

    Thank you for the AWESOME plug-in! I have two questions, but I will put them in two separate messages.

    I need to have the product SKU show up on the Packing Slip

    I tried adding it to the packing slip HTML template four different ways and none are working (see below)
    wcj_product_sku
    product_sku
    [wcj_product_sku]
    %SKU%

    the Header in the table is working but the product sku isn’t showing.
