I would like to remove the comments section from all of the pages on my site –

I only want commenting on the blog posts that appear on the main page.
With another theme, I created a “no comments” php file, but:

    1) I don’t see a “page templates” folder to put such a php file in, and
    2) I’ve looked at the tidy index.php file and don’t know how to edit it such that there is no comments section. Please help.

  • Not familiar with your template, but check if there is an “allow comments” box under quick edit on each page.

@bogomolny, all you have to do is just click on the “Screen Option” tab on the page editor, tick on the *Discussion”. Then you’ll see the discussion menu on the bottom and uncheck the “Allow comments”. You don’t have to play with the php files.
