Creating a feed page for other pages

Hi, I’m starting a new food blog/ website temp.belgianfoodie.com. I’ve been adding recipes as posts (not attached to any particular page). On my homepage I’m able to show a defined number of “featured recipes”, for instance 4. This feature takes 4 of the most recent recipes posted. How though do I set up my “recipe page” to show all the recipes posted?

As I’ve added categories for my posts, I can click on a category and see all the recipes displayed, but how do I set this up so I have “featured recipes” displayed by category and then separate pages for each category? Is there a plugin for this? Your help would be much appreciated!
