Wordfence error?

  • Hi. I got an automated email from my wordfence plug in (latest version), that said:

    Critical Problems:

    * File contains suspected malware URL: /home/misswins/public_html/error_log

    Site is miss-winstead.com. I went to log into the gallery on my phone (didn’t put the log in info though just bought up the log in screen), and it seemed normal. Nothing unusual. Any way to check up on this and see if there’s anything actually wrong?

  • You could verify it by looking at the file but if I were to guess I’d say you had a visit that had a bad url as a referrer try to hit your site and the error log recorded it.
