When the drop down is created though, I copied the source and pasted into text editor, there are 1,000 lines of <option value=”…..

So, at least 1,000

Copying all property list into excel and counting looks like around 1,500.

Possible there is a max return of 1,000?

Most probably yes, I’ll have a closer look and fix it on next release. I think there’s a solution.

Meanwhile, a workaround will be to use the User Management feature to assign some of the targeted properties/views to a second Google account and then authorize using that account. But waiting for the next update would be the best thing to do.

With over 1,000 and in no kind of order it is a bit painful to find any ha.

Here’s the fix: https://github.com/deconf/Google-Analytics-Dashboard-for-WP/archive/fix-profiles_refresh.zip, use it with caution, it wasn’t fully tested!

To check the amount of analytics profiles/views retrieved use: Google Analytics -> Errors & Debug -> Plugin Settings.

Yeah, and in addition if you start typing the name you are looking for, in the drop-down list, the searched Property gets selected.
