Checkboxes showing up on separate line?

  • For some reason, the checkboxes are showing up on a separate line. I want them to be directly in front of the text. Here’s the code I am using:

  • This is most likely due to CSS styling applied to standard HTML form elements within your current WordPress theme.

    To change the style of your CF7 forms you would need to edit the CSS style sheets used by your WordPress theme.
