So sorry! I don’t get emails unless I comment on these first.

What’s breaking? do you have error codes?

    No problem!
If i set the ftp with php 5.3 it work, but if i set with php 5.5 the plugin simply does not work at all

Maybe because there are some new features and incompatibility

    https://php.net/manual/en/migration55.changes.php

(i must switch to PHP 5.5 because the oldest version will not supported in few weeks)

    The error log is:

“The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.”

Sad to say, I’m testing now in PHP 5.5, and 5.6 and am not dealing with your same issues. My slideshow is loading fine actually, so I’m wondering where the problems are coming from.

@flavia-programmer – it looks like you’re dealing with a jQuery issue or else the javascript is loading before the elements arrive.

@simk it look like your error is dealing with decoster6.jpg – right in the middle of data-thumb for that image we get this:

    <div id='satl-custom-13147' class='sorbit-wide absoluteCenter'
                        data-caption='#custom1-7'
                        data-thumb='https://www.philarchi.be/wp-content/<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//IETF//DTD HTML 2.0//EN">
    <html><head>
    <title>200 OK</title>
    </head><body>

It’s a really strange bug! Can you try and delete all the images past decoster5 and see if the slideshow loads?

    Thanks!

For at least Friday, maybe since the wordpress update (or php?), I note that the slideshow satellite does not work reliably.
The main images do not load, you only see the thumbnails, titles and arrows. I managed to display them with “ctrl” + “F5” on the page; but as soon as I reload the page in the normal way (“F5” only or clicking somewhere), the main images no longer appear.
And not just on my website (ditto on my smartphone, other browsers and other computers)!
I see the same behavior on your plugin presentation site:
    https://c-pr.es/satellite/examples/full-right-satellite/
Will there soon be a new bug fix release?

    Thank you in advance

Please test everything in the 2.4 release and see if your problems have been fixed! There has been much improvements, including adding all of the Premium features.

For my site I’ve updated the template to its latest version and I had to delete and recreate each album to work it properly.

    Everithing is ok.

    TY for the support
