There are already ad placements on this site. You cannot modify them with this p

I’m trying to put ads on my site and I’m getting this error

“There are already ad placements on this site. You cannot modify them with this plugin because the plugin did not apply them…”

My site is verified and I do not have any google ads on my site (no scripts or other plugins).

I was able to get into the manage ad preview mode, but there are no ad boxes or anything appearing within the site. All I can do is ‘save and activate’ which does nothing. Please help, thanks!
