• Hi,
I have a couple of problems with Edin that I hope you can help with.
    1. the featured images on my pages are too large although I have scaled them to the suggested image size.
    2. All pages seem about 40% too big for the screen so only part of the page can be seen. This is both the on the front page and the featured pages.
    3. I can’t seem to change the featured pages so they have anything but the blog format.
Finally 4. My header image (logo) is very blurry and also too big no matter how I scale it.
I would very much appreciate any suggestions. I have spent days getting it to the point where it looks vaguely like the theme.

The setup guide for Edin can be found here:

After having a look, if you still need help, could you provide a link to your site so I can take a look directly? Thanks.

    Hi Kathryn,

Thank you. I have worked through the guide but still not able to resolve.

The link to the site is rewardresults.com.au

Can you access it through wp-admin, shall I give you the login or do I need to make it live? Just let me know.

    Cheers,
    Mel

Hi Mel, I’m not able to access the site at rewardresults.com.au and it sounds like the site isn’t yet live – I won’t be able to see it until it’s live somewhere, perhaps on a test or staging server?

For your logo issue, are you using the site logo feature available through Jetpack? It’s a better way to add a logo than through a custom header, which is a background image that stretches to fill header the area. Once you activate Jetpack you’ll get the option to add a logo in the Customizer, under Site Title, Tagline & Logo.
