default password protected page text

  • I want to change the default text that appears when you click on a password protected page. I have read about possible fixes elsewhere in forums but could not make any of those work. Can’t seem to locate the text in any of the templates nor in any of the wp-includes. Can anyone help?

  • You need to change the text right at the bottom of the post-template.php file which is in wp-includes folder.
