How do I find my "Order Number" to enable support?

Strange question I suppose, but I have gone through my emails and don’t see an “Order Number”, just a “Receipt for Your Payment to Anokhin Vladimir” email from PayPal.
I’d like to ask how I might add a whole bunch of icons (flaticons) into SU as a custom shortcode in the Genesis Theme.
I can’t find a login page at gndev.info…I must be blind.
