Grab Youtube thumbnail as post thumbnail?

Hi. Most of my post don’t have pictures, but have an embedded Youtube video, thus the plugin shows blank image next to the post name in the post list (home page).
Could you add a option to display youtube thumbnail as post thumbnail?
This can be very easily done – knownig youtube video ID (watch?v=XXXXXXXX)you just add XXXXXXX to this
https://i.ytimg.com/vi/XXXXXXXXX/hqdefault.jpg”
link and grab the image.
