Program posts

I have some problems when i program a post in version 2.2. Usually the post doesn’t go to the principal page at the hour i program. If i go to the dashwoard i see it will be publish in 4,3,2,1… and then no publish, and in the dashwoard i see it will be pusblish in 1,2,3,4,5… minutes!!
