    1. Use one of the 4 widgets supported in a side bar.
    -Job Manager Highlighted Jobs
    -Job Manager selected Jobs
    -Job Manager Categories
    -Job Manager Recent Jobs

    2. Job Manager DOES NOT provide the ability for OTHERS to list an external job. What your looking for is pure Job Board plugin. We are set up more as Job /Applicant Management platform.
