Checkout does not change to selected payment method

  • Hi, I’m having issues with the checkout page. I have 3 payment methods, paypal, cod and bacs. Only cod has an additional fee, both with % and fixed charge. When the plugin is activated it’s not possible to change the payment method on the checkout page. If you click the radio buttons, the form is reloading but always switches back to the deafult gateway. If I put cod as default gateway, the plugin calculates the fee, but i can’t switch to the other payments. This seems to happen with custom themes, but not with the wp default theme.
    I have woocommerce 2.3.7 and plugin version 1.3.5. Any idea on how to fix this issue?

  • What theme do you use? When you disable the plugin everything works ok?
    Have you contacted the theme developers?

    I′m having the same issue in one e-commerce installation.

    I have this plugin and the same theme in two e-commerce. It happens in one and in the other works ok.

    Any solution for that?

    What payment gateways are you using?have you disabled other plugins and test? Have you tried a default theme?

    I′ve updated the theme to the last version and the plugin goes fine!

    So it was a problem with the compatibility with the theme version.
