Change Cover Image?

    Hello,

    Alright, downloaded WP mobile pack without a hitch. Free version. Everything looks great except I can’t seem to change the cover photo!

    When I go to Look & Feel > at the bottom, Update Your App’s Cover- I am able to browse and it looks like I’ve uploaded an image but nothing changes.

    I don’t know if this is referring to some other feature that comes with this program.

    Can you only change the cover photo for the paid version? Any insights or help would be super.

    Hi there,

    We’ve already replied to your Zendesk ticket, but I’ll leave a public reply here as well, in case someone else has the same problem.

    First, check if the following folders are writable:

    – wp-content/uploads/wordpress-mobile-pack
    – wp-content/uploads/2015/04 (or update the year and month with the current year and month)

    If you see an error message when uploading, please share that as well.
