s2Member how to manage users who change their PayPal accounts

Could someone give me a link to a guide for managing users? We’ve been using s2Member for a while and sometimes have members who change their PayPal accounts, thereby losing the connection with s2Member. How should that be handled? Do they have to set up a new account or is there a simpler way?
I would appreciate some help or a link to a video about this. Thank you.
