We Will Pay For WordPress Expertise

For our blog, we’d like to hire someone / have someone “on call” to assist with optimizing our WordPress set-up. We’d like you to analyze the current set-up, offer feedback, and suggest ways to improve on or speed up the blog’s features.

We also want to set up an additional right-side side bar for advertising, but don’t know how to do it. We will pay for this work.
