Just updated plugin and all my plugin filters have disappeared

I just updated and reactivated the plugin organizer plugin. I’d been using it for months with no problem

Now all of my plugin filters have disappeared, both the ones at the bottom of each page and post and custom type of post, and the special plugin filters I set up.

All gone.

Can you help?
