How do I attach a line of text under my share buttons

Hi,

I would like to attach a line of text with a link UNDER my share buttons. So that at the end of each post there are automatically the share buttons and my line of text.

Can anyone please tell me where, in the simple-share-buttons-adder.php I should add my text.
