Would it be possible to add a search box to the product filter?
I can manually add a search query to the product filter URL (&s=search+terms), and it does work. It would be nice if this plugin could add a search box to replace the default search feature so that you can search within an already filtered set of products.
For example, if there is a site selling products with cartoon characters on them, a customer might come by looking for a Hanes T-Shirt with Bugs Bunny on it. They could by default search for Bugs Bunny and get everything with Bugs Bunny on it from t-shirts, coffee mugs, posters, hats, etc. This is far more than they would want to see. They could also filter by product category (t-shirt) and brand (Hanes) with this plugin, but they would also get Daffy Duck, Yosemite Sam, and all the other characters in the mix.
But since the customer knows they want a Hanes T-Shirt with Bugs Bunny, they could set the product category (t-shirt) and brand (Hanes) while searching for Bugs Bunny at the same time. This would provide the exact results they are looking for.
