I really like the simplicity of this plugin and the look of the form, but I’m getting this error when submitting the form with an uploaded image.

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare wp_crop_image() (previously declared in /home/skipper0965/public_html/wp-admin/includes/image.php:25) in /home/skipper0965/public_html/wp-admin/includes/image.php on line 63

Seems odd that the error is coming from a wp core file and not the plugin file, but there you go. (It’s not the site because I was testing a different guest submission plugin earlier and the images uploaded fine – I’ve since deactivated that plugin)

Using a child theme of Twenty-Twelve.

    Thank you.
