Missing Reply Section Showing All Comments after upgrade to WP 4.2

I have recently upgraded to WP 4.2 and suddenly the plugin has stopped working in a way that Missing Reply section is now showing all the comments in it with no difference from All comments section. Earlier it used to work fine but not now.

However the number of missing reply comments just aside the link in the braces is coming correctly though it sow all the comments.

I understand that this is an external project for you guys but this little active support would surely help to keep it alive.

Thanks a ton anyways for this amazingly useful plugin so far. I hope you will fix it and release the next version

It seems meta_query->Parse Query Paramters is unable to re-filter the comments after may be some changes in WP 4.2
