    Hello Obersack, than you for using YASR!

    For both non logged and logged in user there is put a cookie just after the rating: non logged in user can’t vote again, instead logged in user can UPDATE their vote (not addin new one)

    If, in your site, a non logged in user can vote just refreshing the page, something isn’t working: can I see your site?

    Does your browser accept cookie?

    I can’t block people throught the ip address because we can’t know how many people are using the same ip

    Best,
    Dario

    Hi, thanks for your answer. My site is here: https://www.365-tage-kreativ.de/
    and if I press F5 on an article, I can vote again. And I think that is not quite the way it should be ??

    Yes it’s happening on my browser too, must be a conflict somewhere.

    What other plugins are you using?

    I′m also using Antispam bee, contact form 7, count per day, google analytics by yoast, link library, mail poet newsletter, Simple Share Buttons Adder, Ultimate TinyMCE, WordPress Database Backup, Wordress SEO and the star rating. That′s all.

    Ah! After the rating the cookie is stored, but on page refresh it’s deleted: so this must be an issue with another plugin: can you please try to disable all them, test yasr, and if it works, enable again all other plugin 1 by 1?

    Best,
    Dario

    Just tried, deactivated all but yasr and still the same problem ??

    I only made these changes in the style of yars:

    .yasr-visitor-votes {
    padding-top: 20px;
    padding-bottom: 20px;
    }

    span.yasr-total-average-text {
    padding-left: 20px;
    }

    span#yasr-custom-text-after-visitor-rating {
    padding-left: 20px;
    }

    .yasr_schema {
    display: none;
    }

    but nothing that would affect the function…
