Form Plugin with Code Verification/Validation.

    Just wondering if there’s a tool or plugin out there that would be able to manage the following:

    We use our forms for competitions – where people received an entry card with a unique code. They then go on to the site on the card – fill out relevant form information and then finally enter the unique code.

    This Unique Code needs to be validated so say up 6000 unique codes and then if they haven’t entered it correctly will bounce out.

    So I guess I need a form builder that can validate and also store the 6000 codes.
