Secondary Menu on mobile and tablet site

I am having trouble removing the secondary menu on the mobile and tablet site. I have tried the #secondarymenu { display:none !important} but it seems to still show up.

Any other suggestions? The menu is linked to different pages that I create. The primary menu that shows in red is linked to different categories I create. I deleted all pages so on the desktop site the secondary menu is just blank and does not show up. However, this does not solve the problem for the mobile sites.
