?m=1 extension

If I visit google search and type ‘Thefoodaholic toine hermsen’ on my laptop I find the link I am looking for from my site (https://www.thefoodaholic.co.uk/2014/12/review-toine-hermsen-cuisinier.html) and it works fine. If I do this same process on my mobile however the link is adding ?m=1 on to the end of the link (so looks like this: https://www.thefoodaholic.co.uk/2014/12/review-toine-hermsen-cuisinier.html?m=1. Meaning the link does not work. Going to my website on mobile and searching directly through the site works fine.

I tried the same process on mobile by searching for more things to test and tried ‘thefoodaholic tplenske’ and that also had the same problem. But some others worked fine and were not adding the weird extension on to the end of the link.

I am losing traffic because of this ??
