stylesheet partly ignored

I dont know what is happening but my theme’s stylesheet isn’t reading well, most of the information is beign ignored, no matter how many times I change it. It reads div height and widht well, also the images, but only. The links and text transformations are all beign ignored (for example, that damn bullets at sidebar).
I dont know how it started to change, maybe was because of some plugin so I deactivated all of them, but still is the problem, even with no posts at all.
I’ve searched the forum but dindt find an answer. Please, can someone look the code for me and maybe a fresh mind can find the bug.
