  • There isn’t really anything to fix. The iTSec plugin brute force protection is doing its job.

    A temporary host type lockout is occurring based on your ip address.
    By default the lockout expires after 15 minutes (unless you have set a different lockout expire period).

    You can log into WP Dashboard from another computer. And from the iTSec plugin Dashboard (scroll down to the Active Lockouts metabox) you can release any host lockout that has not expired yet.

    If you don’t have another computer you should be able to access the WP Dashboard again from the locked out host after 15 minutes.

    To prevent (temporarily) locking yourself out you should whitelist your ip address.
