• Hello! All of a sudden a few weeks ago I started receiving complaints that users weren’t able to make comments anymore. The comment system appears, however when a user clicks “Post Comment” nothing happens.

This site is essentially a dashboard only site. Its a custom built CRM. So everything pretty much happens within the wp-admin.

I have troubleshot every possible issue I can find. If I deactivate UAM everything works fine. When I activate UAM all jquery functions in the dashboard stop working. Menus don’t load, help tabs don’t activate, etc.

UAM is a HUGE part of what we do with the site. We have multiple teams with sales people around the country and UAM has helped us control information between parties. We love UAM. But without being able to use the comment system to track/timestamp client contact our CRM becomes useless.

    Any ideas?

Try to clear the cache, the browsers cache js really hard. Best for testing is to use the incognito mode of your browser, I would recommend chrome for that.

Well, that worked. In incognito I was able to post comments to the system.

I can’t tell all of the sales people to use incognito mode, what can we do to clear this for everyone?

Thanks for the quick reply! Much appreciated!

You have to clear your browser cache, including js. In incognito mode the cache is empty. Than it will work again.
