Help to add custom google search box on nav menu

check the faq.txt, it had some tutorial on adding searchform, but in your case try add the google code instead.

I have been tired to edit and follow the instruction on faq txt mesocoloumn but i have problem with width form, i dont know how to custom width for code google search form ??

this is beyond the scope of wp component. since it is google adsense custom search box. check for tutorial on how to edit google search box.
