Main image not loading from carousel

Hi, I have a client site running with a carousel on a number of pages which displays a main image above. I have added a new gallery and not touched the settings but this will not display the main image – just a small box which seems to be scrolling rapidly but with no image?

I have checked the settings for gallery and media and everything looks fine – all the other carousels are running fine!

Any assistance would be great
