Logo size bigger than navigation / retina

    I am uploading my logo, but it was too big that it hung down over the navigation bar. then i resized it so it would fit, but now its too small, and looks pixelated.

    especially if viewed on an iPhone.

    how do i fix this (perhaps increase the navigational menu height) and make the logo retina and fit in the navigation bar.
