Dynamic data population

    Hi,
    I am using some plugin to create registration form (ARforms to be exact), and I need to have the data that is being inputted in “Organization Name” to be turned into a URL as such: domain.com/organizations/organization-name
    Can you please let me know if/how I can accomplish this using your plugin?

    Much appreciate any help or tips.
