Menu Structure Not expanding to edit

  • I just setup a new wordpress site for the purpose of creating a ecommerce site with woocomerce. When I go to create a new menu through the dashboard I’m able to checkmark the pages and categories I want to include in my new menu. The PROBLEM is the there are no arrows on the pages or categories or links that I add to my menu so I’m unable to EXPAND them to edit them or delete them.

    i really need help here. I have a broken menu and i cant configure it the way that i want. i’ve attached a pic to show exactly what im seeing and i’m unable to edit it. I have the latest version of wordpress 4.2.2
