I can’t replicate this issue. Please let me know the exact steps that I can take to replicate this issue.

Also, double check that you’ve completed all of the PayPal integration steps:

Also check that your Seller Preferences in your Paypal account have the Instant Payment Notifications enabled.

edit to my above post: since I posted that, I have read that one should not have to do that in Paypal. But I made a test purchase yesterday, and the emails with the download link would not come through unless I did turn on IPN notifications in Paypal. I am using 2.0.3 and my site is in live mode, not paypal sandbox.

Couldn’t get it to work after following the instructions. I had to switch to easy digital downloads plugin which seems to work ok.
