It is totally possible to add a minicart to your WordPress website. You can do it in the following ways:
1. Go to WordPress admin backend > Pages > Select a page where you have Ecwid store added > Click ‘Edit store’ > Click on ‘Show minicart’ checkbox to show the minicart on your store page.
2. The second way is to use Ecwid widgets to add minicart or search or other widget to your website pages. In order to do that, please go to WordPress control panel > Appearance > Widgets. Once you are there, drag and drop one of Ecwid minicart widgets to the section of the page, where you wish that this minicart needs to appear.
3. The third way here is similar to the first one: you can generate the code for your minicart widget here: https://help.ecwid.com/customer/portal/articles/1101202-minicart and insert into the Ecwid store page in your WordPress admin backend > Pages.
