PageSpeed Insights test does not always "see" WPSmart

  • Hi.
    When I run the PageSpeed Insights test it shows 90+/100 User Experience score.
    Only after a few minutes, when I run it again, it shows 60/100 score and it says my site may not pass the mobile friendly test.
    I hit empty all caches and re-run the test, then it shows, again, 90+/100 score. And so on it goes.
    Why is that?
    Any help in solving this problem would be appreciated.
