Incomprehensible error message

I created a new page called ‘Days Off’ with a menu item of the same name.
However it will not load, and I get an error message I do not understand which I have not seen before” not acceptable, inappropriate presentation.https://australianstrategies.org/etc/?preview=true&preview_id=629&preview_nonce=89af81fc72
Can you please advise me how I fix this problem.
Secondly I have quite a lot of comments, but I do not seem to be able to read them. Could you tell me how I can do this and moderate them?
