Fatal Error message on new WP Theme

  • Can anyone help?

    Just installed a premium theme (Ja’aburnee)and am getting the following error message:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_enqueue_media() in /home/radishweb/public_html/wp-content/themes/yaaburnee-themes/includes/admin/functions/jquery-css-include.php on line 39

    It looks pretty specific to me but am a total amateur and need help. Can anyone suggest what to do?
