Remove 'Remove Image', 'Edit Image' and 'Undo' buttons

Great plugin but I would like to simplify it as much as possible for my users.
I’m adding the Avatar settings to a custom profile page using:

do_action('edit_user_avatar', $current_user);

Is there any way I can remove the ‘Remove Image’, ‘Edit Image’ and ‘Undo’ buttons, so all that remains is ‘Browse’ and ‘Upload’?
