Debug notice issue: Cannot turn off since 4.2: Help me, please?

Are you still experiencing these issues?

If so, I see you mentioned that WP_DEBUG was disabled, but do you know if the server it self is set to display notices by default?

If it is, you may want to look into disabling that (the default behavior is to not show this in a production environment), this is also something your host may be able to help you with changing if that’s the case.

You may also, as a precaution, try using one of the default themes (Twenty Fifteen being the latest one at this time), or disabling plugins to see if one of them are enabling debug outputs without meaning to.

Thanks for responding.

I got it resolved by having my ‘fix it’ go in there.

I had not thought about the server intervening. I will check with my host to avoid any future issues.

note: I had tried de-activating a plugin at a time. no go. I checked each for debug feature. Did not find any.

All I can say is, thank goodness I have a good relationship with a coder who can do whatever my skills don’t include. ??
