Sync with simple-view-counts

    We don’t support importing from other stats plugins, it’s too complex and seldom used.

    We do support adding historical totals for visits and visitors, but anything else is not supported.

    As a quick aside, Simple View Counts is definitely still maintained. I use it on a couple of big forums myself! If anyone spots a bug or has a feature request then please get in touch via the plugin’s forum or the other contact details supplied.
